Mango Sticky Rice | BAKING SIMPOL

Sweet sticky rice smothered in coconut cream and served with sweet ripe mangoes!
You’ll surely love this classic Thai Mango Sticky Rice ❤️🥰

Ingredients:

1 cup rice
Water

Pandan leaves
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup water
½ cup coconut cream
1/4 cup sugar

SET C
1 cup coconut milk
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons sugar

Mango
Toasted sesame seeds
