Over 90 riders lines up at the Aden Hills Off-Highway Vehicle Area to pit their machines against themselves, other riders, and the desert terrain. They were competing in the annual Doomsday 100 off-road motorcycle race, an approximately 100-mile competition over arid Southern New Mexico sand, rocks, and dirt a few miles west of Las Cruces.
