Ingredients:

Sona masuri rice - 1/2 cup
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Masoor dal ( red lentil ) - 1/2 cup
White batana ( white peas ) - 1/2 cup ( optional )
Green batana ( green peas ) - 1/2 cup ( optional )
Green beans - 100 gms
Frozen green peas - 1/3 cup
Cauliflower - 150 gms
Medium size potato - 2
Carrot - 100 gms
Medium size tomato - 1
Medium size red onion - 1
Grated ginger - 2 tsp
Grated garlic - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
Slitted green chili - 2
Dry red chili - 1
Bay leave - 1
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tsp
Pinch of garam masala powder
Dry red chili - 1
Black pepper corn - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Pinch of Asafoetida
Mustard oil - 1/2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 /2 tsp
