Yo, somebody go tell Orange Juice & Cranberry Juice that it's over. My Persimmon & Prosecco...or as I like to call it, Persecco, is here.

PERSIMMON & PROSECCO
INGREDIENTS: 1 Fuyu Persimmon, 1/4 Cup Water, 1 TBS Honey, Juice of 1/2 Lemon, & Prosecco of your choice

DIRECTIONS: Wash persimmon, remove stem, and cut into chunks. Add persimmon, honey, lemon juice, and water to a blender or food processor to puree until smooth. Strain into a mason jar (Can be refrigerated up to 2-3 days.) Add 1-2 TBS of puree to a glass, top with Prosecco, and enjoy.
