Hello mga kababayan we are back and have finally settled in Sydney, Australia.
Today we were able to cook Adobo and I hope you learn to do it yourselves as well.
Ingredients:
500g pork
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp pepper corn
5 bay leaves
1 cup water
cooking oil
