दिल्ली की शराब नीति केस में तिहाड़ जेल में बंद मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को सोमवार को कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा. केजरीवाल ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए मेडिकल कंसल्टेशन के लिए दिल्ली के राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में याचिका लगाई थी, जो खारिज हो गई है. केजरीवाल ने याचिका में तिहाड़ जेल के अधिकारियों को उन्हें इंसुलिन देने का निर्देश देने और उनके शुगर लेवल, डायबिटीज को लेकर हर रोज 15 मिनट वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए डॉक्टर से मेडिकल कंसल्टेशन के लिए परमिशन की मांग की थी. अदालत में उनकी याचिका खारिज हो गई. हालांकि, कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल के लिए एक मेडिकल बोर्ड बनाने का आदेश दिया है. केजरीवाल 1 अप्रैल से तिहाड़ में हैं और 23 अप्रैल को उनकी न्यायिक हिरासत पर फिर से सुनवाई होगी.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is lodged in Tihar Jail in the Delhi Liquor Policy case, got a big shock from the court on Monday. Kejriwal had filed a petition in Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court for medical consultation through video conferencing, which has been rejected. In the petition, Kejriwal had sought instructions to the Tihar Jail authorities to give him insulin and permission for medical consultation from the doctor through video conferencing for 15 minutes every day regarding his sugar level and diabetes. His petition was rejected in the court. However, the court has ordered to form a medical board for Kejriwal. Kejriwal is in Tihar since April 1 and his judicial custody will be heard again on April 23.
