■Brown Rice Recipe
▼Ingredients for 4
300g Brown Rice
400g Water
190g Canned mackerel in miso
1tbsp Sake
1tbsp Mirin
1tbsp Soy sauce
1tsp Grated ginger
1tbsp White sesame
Chopped leek
▼How to cook
⑴Wash brown rice and Soak in water for 6h
⑵Drain the water and put into the pan
⑶Add water, sake, mirin, soy sauce, ginger, canned fish
⑷Put a lid on the pan, Bring to a boil
⑸Cook for 35-40 min on low heat, 10 sec on medium
⑹Steam the rice for 10 min, Enjoy!
