追跡番号 (ついせきばんごう) - tracking number
再配達 (さいはいたつ) - re-delivery
種類番号 (しゅるいばんごう) - mail type

お電話 (でんわ) ありがとうございます。
コールセンター山田 でございます。

客 (きゃく) ：
すみません。不在連絡票 (ふざいれんらくひょう) が入 っていたんですが。

郵便局：
はい、再配達 (さいはいたつ) のご依頼 (いらい )ですね。
では、まず、不在票 (ふざいひょう) に書いてある郵便番号 (ゆうびんばんごう) と、
そのとなりの種類番号 (しゅるいばんごう) をお願いします。

客：
郵便番号 (ゆうびんばんごう) が 170-0011 で、種類番号 (しゅるいばんごう) が 07 です。

郵便局：
はい、ありがとうございます。
次 (つぎ) に 10 ケタの追跡番号 (ついせきばんごう) をお願いします。

客：3324-78-212-6 です。

郵便局：
確認 (かくにん) します。 少 々 (しょうしょう) お待ちください。 再配達 (さいはいたつ) のお日にちはいつがよろしいですか。

客： 今 週 (こんしゅう) の木曜日 (もくようび) の午前中 (ごぜんちゅう) がいいんですが。

郵便局：
かしこまりました。お 客様 (きゃくさま) のお名前 (なまえ) とお電話番号 (でんわばんごう) をお願 いします。

客：ジョン・スミス、080-2345-6789 です。

郵便局：
ジョン・スミス様 (さま) ですね。
では、木曜日 (もくようび )の午前中 (ごぜんちゅう) に再配達 (さいはいたつ) いたします。
お電話 (でんわ) ありがとうございました。

客： よろしくお願 が いします。
