What is a Message?
A message is a short piece of information that you give to a person when you cannot speak to them directly.
It can be in written or oral or recorded form.
There are five steps involved in understanding format of message writing :
1. First create a rectangular box where you will write your message.
In the top middle, write in capital letter, "MESSAGE"
2. In the next line, in the left-hand corner, write the date on which you are writing the message, and in the right-hand corner,
write the time of the message.
3. In the next line, write the receiver's name that is the name of the person for whom the message is being written.
You may include salutation if required. It is not mandatory.
4. Then comes the body of your message that is the actual information that needs to be communicated.
It should be short, specific, and clear. The word limit is 50 words. So, stick to the word limit while writing any message.
5.Finally write the name of the person who has written the message.
