Cheesey Mirchi Pakoda
Serves- 2-3

Ingredients-
6 bhavnagri chillies

For batter-
1 cup besan
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp ajwain
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt, to taste
Water, as required

For stuffing-
1 cup grated cheese
2 tbsp chopped mixed peppers
1 tsp green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp pepper
Salt, to taste
Oil, for frying

Method-
Combine all the ingredients for the stuffing and keep aside.
Make a slit on the chilli and remove the seeds from inside.
Stuff the chilli with the filling. And keep aside.
In a bowl mix the ingredients for the batter.
Dip the chilli in the batter and deep fry it in oil.
Cook till it turns golden from all sides.
Serve hot with green chutney and sweet chutney.
