Growing Arugula From Seed to Harvest

We have found that growing Arugula from seed is easy, particularly in our raised garden beds. Harvest time comes soon enough, and with the staggered planting and dual growing seasons, we have a nearly year round supply of fresh Arugula for salads and cooking. FYI, we actually added PERLITE not vermiculite to our dirt mixture to assist with drainage. Vermiculite is better for water retention.
