10 minutes of exercise can do wonders to boost mood, improve health, and lower blood sugar. When it's difficult finding time or motivation to exercise, a 10 minute walking workout is a great start and it'll often energize you so you'll want to do more. If time is an issue, try to fit in a bunch of short workouts throughout the day. If you're just starting out with exercise, aim to get in a 10 minute workout every day until it becomes a habit. Once you accomplish a routine, you can add on and do more when you're ready. Total step count today is 1105 steps.

If you have diabetes, making exercise a regular part of your life is one of the best things you can do to manage and live well with diabetes.
