In this video, I take you through my full day of eating inspired by the people of Okinawa in Japan. Okinawa is one of the 5 "blue zones" which are the places in the world said to have the highest amount of centenarians (people living over age 100). I challenged myself to eat a traditional (well, as traditional as I could make it) Okinawan diet for 24 hrs and it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be!!
