コストコで購入した、パルミジャーノレッジャーノチーズイタリア産です。
かなり前に一度購入したことがあるのですが、味が濃く風味も濃厚でとても美味しいチーズで今回も購入しました。
全体で400 G 入っているのですが、個包装になっています。20 G が20パック入っているタイプになっています。
個包装になっていることで、食べたいときに必要な分だけ開封できます。個包装なので、チーズの強い風味がしっかりと感じられるのがいいところです。
20 G の分量が丁度良く、サラダに使ったりパスタの時に使ったりと使いやすくてとても良いです。
そのまま食べても美味しいのですが、レンジで少し温めてトロッと柔らかくすると、とろけるチーズのような感じになり、それもとても美味しいのでオススメの食べ方です。
後は、パスタの時に粉チーズのようにしたり、サラダに小さくカットして食べたりと色んな用途で使えるチーズです。
