Step by step guide on how to cook Chicken Adobo or Adobong Manok

Ingredients:

Mantika / Oil - 3 tablespoons
Bawang / Garlic - 1 whole chopped
Manok / Chicken - 500g
Toyo / Soy sauce - 65ml
Suka / Vinegar - 33ml
Tubig / Water - 600ml
Pamintang buo / Peppercorn - 1 teaspoon
Dahon ng Laurel / Bay leaf - 2 pcs
( Optional )Sili / Cayenne pepper - 2 to 4 pcs

Procedure:

All in Medium heat setting:

Mag init ng mantika
Igisa ang bawang
Ilagay ang manok at haluin
Takpan ng 2 minutes
Ilagay ang toyo, suka, tubig, pamintang buo,dahon ng Laurel at sili,
Pakuluan ng 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, tingnan kung malapot na ang sarsa, kung ito ay malapot na
ibig sabihin ay luto na ang ating Adobong Manok!
