Stop the shuddering on a 2016 GMC Sierra / Silverado with the 8L90 Transmission.

I changed the fluid and filter on my 2016 Sierra to stop the shuttering and improve the shifting. This should be the same for all 8L90 Transmissions in Silverado / Sierra / Tahoe / Denali.
