Instruction for installing/using Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery Software

· Computer
· SD card reader
· Formatted SD card
· Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery Software

Steps to install the software
1. Turn the computer on and open Internet Explorer.
2. Access software website at http://www.stellarphotorecoverysoftware.com/
3. On the home page click on Free Download for the specific operating system (choose between Windows or Mac).
a. Save the file name StellarPhotoRecoverySoftware.exe to the desktop for easy access.
b. Navigate to the desktop and double click on Stellar Photo Recovery Software icon.
c. Select YES option to allow the program to make changes to the device.
d. Click NEXT and accept the License Agreement.
e. Select “Create a desktop shortcut” to easily access the program then click NEXT.
f. Click INSTALL on the next screen to begin installation.
g. Click FINISH.



Steps to using the software and recovering the images

1. Plug in SD card reader into USB.
2. Insert the SD card into the reader.
3. Next, open the program.
4. Click on Recover Photo, Audio & Video.
5. Select the storage media associated to the SD card.
6. Click Scan Now.
7. Select desired images that need recovery.
8. Click Recover.
9. Enter information to purchase the software to receive
username and key.
10. Enter the user name and key to activate the software.
11. Right-click on the folders and select desired images to
recover them.
12. Click Save to save the images to a desired folder.
13. Click on the folder to view the images that have been
recovered.


WARNING: If the SD card is physically damaged, this software will not be able to recover deleted images.
