[MH4U] Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Custom Quest Tutorial

So custom quests in Monster Hunter are kind of a hot topic, but personally I think they are awesome. They allow the players and community to expand the gameplay. In this tutorial, I'm going to show you what you need to make and play a custom quest, and also how to do it.
