As of the making of this video, Mission Impossible 8 Dead Reckoning Part 2 set to come out May 23, 2025.

I make fan made trailers as realistic as possible. This means avoiding actual clips from the franchise unless for flashback or transforming it using special effects. Otherwise the clips I use any clips that could create a realistic storyline.

Editing Details:
In the past I made 2 Mission Impossible trailers and one trailer did well. But this time making Mission Impossible 8 was a much better experience because now I consider myself a fan. After investing time to watch every films in the series (except MI2) I fell in love with the franchise. Specially with the actor himself Tom Cruise. He might be one of my favorite actors because of his dedication to his films. Ofcourse he is know for his stunts, so I want to make this trailer memorable by making him do a stunt he has never done before in real life but is possible because…his Tom Cruise. That stunt is going to space! Using clips from Ad Stra and Gravity it was possible to see Tom Cruise take on the challenge of going to space.
Then I brought back Julia’s character to connect with the clip of Simon saying “How’s your wife” from THE WORLD”S END to make a scene of Benji Dunn saying it to Ethan Hunt. In the journey of looking for fresh Tom Cruise clips I bump into many of them surprisingly via scenes from Jack Reacher films. With the magic of editing, I used the clip of Tom Cruise Halo jump from Fall Out and removing the background switching it to space to make the final scene of him in space. Then using the A.I voice I made his suit say “Altitude 300,000ft” which is the height it thanks to reach space. It turns out this trailer to be good I hope the real movie is the same!
