ふうせんポケモンのプリンをマシュマロで作ってみました！
今回は、動画の最後に失敗例と改善策ものせています。

▪︎▪︎レシピ(Recipe)▪︎▪︎
【下準備】Preparation
・ゼラチン3枚(4.5g)を冷水に浸してふやかし、湯煎で溶かしておきます。
Soak the plate gelatin(3sheets/4.5g) in iced water first and then heat it in hot water until it’s melted.
・バットの上にクッキングシートを敷き、一面にコーンスターチをたっぷりふるっておきます。
Put cooking sheet on a stainless tray. Add cornstarch and powdered sugar and move around to completely coat the sheet.
【作り方の手順】Procedure for making
①卵白 Mサイズ 1個分(約35g)を、ハンドミキサーの高速で攪拌します。
Whip the egg white(about35g) with electric hand mixture on high speed.
※このとき、ボウルを傾けて、卵白が羽の部分にしっかり絡むようにするのがポイントです。
Tilt the bowl to get it whipped well.
②白っぽくふんわりしてきたら、グラニュー糖(30g)を2回に分けて加えます。
When it starts to get thick and fluffy, add sugar (15g) two separate times.
③ピン!としっかり角が立つくらいになったらOKです。
When you get firm peaks to form, it’s done.
④水 30g、水あめ10g、グラニュー糖30gを火にかけて熱します。
Put water(30g),starch syrup(10g) and granulated sugar(30g) in a bowl and heat it.
⑤ 110度まで煮詰まったら、③にゆっくり加え、30秒ほど混ぜます。
When it gets 110 degree, slowly put into ③and mix it for 30 seconds.
⑥溶かしておいたゼラチンも加え、軽く10秒ほど混ぜ合わせます。
Add the melted gelatin and mix it for 10 seconds.
⑦小皿に取り分けながら、手早く色付けをしていきます。
Divide it into small bowls and quickly add colors.
⑧バットの上に絞り出します。時間が経つとすぐに固まりはじめてしまうので、なるべく早く作業します。
Squeeze on a stainless tray.
It hardens fast so the forming and the coloring need to be done quickly.
⑨コーンスターチとグラニュー糖を半々に混ぜたものを、上から振るいます。
Shake the mixture of cornstarch and granulated sugar over these pieces of marshmallows.
⑩粉を筆ではらいます。
Brush off the powder.
