Seal・・・Masato Nakamura is a representative of the Tokyo Deep China Study Group, formed in April 2021, and the instigator of "Gachi-China," which became a buzzword of 2022. He promotes the enjoyment of eating and walking around China. He is in charge of editing China and Russia for "Globe-Trotter. He is the author of "43 Reasons to Travel to Vladivostok" (2019, Asahi Shinbun Publishing), "Japan's Inbound Strategy Full of Mistakes" (2020, Fusosha Shinsho), "Attack! Tokyo Deep China - 154 authentic Chinese dishes you can eat without traveling abroad" (2021, San-Gaku-Sha).

Raccoon・・・Cydonie Brown has three years of experience serving in the Navy at Misawa Air Base in Aomori Prefecture. She lived in Dotonbori, Osaka, for a while and has been living in Japan for 14 years. She currently lives in Washington, DC, USA.

Panda ・・・ Yu Matsunaga was Born and raised in Beijing. She has spent half of her life in Beijing and Japan and loves both Chinese and Japanese food so much that her family says she has two stomachs. She is also an animal lover and a big mother of three children, six shelter cats, and one shelter dog. After working as an interpreter, translator, and writer, she is currently working at the forefront of medical interpreting and as a training instructor for medical interpreters. She also runs a seafood import company.
