Gaslighting is a type of psychological abuse that can make others feel crazy or surreal experiences. This can be detrimental to the health of others. Gaslighting can be a weapon used by many for psychological manipulation. After all, if you can’t believe yourself, who can you believe?

To help you stay safe from gaslighting and manipulation, here’s 6 types of gaslighting to be aware of. Awareness is key!
