i was turning, this white car , SKT4380R turned into 3/4 of my lane as per the video. I slowed down and had to swerve to avoid collision and as a result, my new 2 week old forged 20inch hit the curb. She tried to leave the scene, but I managed to chase her. She was unapologetic and insisted nothing wrong. I asked her to wait for police since she didnt want to exchange particulars, she instead panicked and drove off. Probably no license or intoxicated. She didnt even want to pay for the damages for her mistake.
Now her insurance also said no collision so cannot claim when it’s clearly her fault.
