This Webinar on July 8, 2021 introduced and launched the “Charter for Mega-events in Heritage-rich Cities” to help cities rich in culture host mega-events without putting their own heritage at risk as well as to use mega-events in effective ways to promote and protect tangible and intangible heritage. This afternoon session presented the Charter endorsements and a round table discussion with leading experts on mega-events and heritage policy in post-Covid cities.
