A Delicious recipe Cabbage kofta curry by Epic bong kitchen

Ingredients:
-----------------
For kofta batter:
1. Finally chopped cabbage - 1/2 cup
2. Pinch of Asafoetida
3. Pinch of turmeric powder
4. Salt - 1 tsp
5. Roasted cumin powder - 1tsp
6. Roasted carom powder ( ajwain ) - 1 tsp
7. Chopped green chili - 2
8. Ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
9. Chopped coriander leaves ( cilantro ) - 2 tbsp
10.Gram flour - 3 tbsp
11.Vegetable oil (for frying the kofta balls)
For the gravy:
12.Small size onion - 1
13.Small size tomato - 1
14.Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
15.Garlic cloves - 1
16.Ripe green chili - 2
17.Cashew nut powder - 1/2 tbsp
18.Plain card - 2 tbsp
19.Gram flour - 1/2 tbsp
20.Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
21.Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
22.Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/2 tbsp
23.Pomegranate powder - 1/2 tbsp
24.Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
25.Roasted Fenugreek powder ( kasuri methi ) - 1 tsp
26.Salt - 1tsp
27.Pinch of garam masala
28.Pinch of sugar
29.Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
30.Whole garam masala - 3 to 4 cloves, 2 green cardamom and little bit cinnamon stick
31.Pinch of Asafoetida
32.Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
