What is TDS/Tower Defense Simulator?
Tower Defense Simulator is a game made by Paradoxum Games created on the 5th of June 2019. It is a Roblox game that pairs you up with other players so that you can work together to defeat wave after wave of Zombies! As a team, it's your job to make sure that the enemies do not make it to your base. If they do, then it's game over. The main goal of the players is to triumph/win the game on any map they have selected. Players gain cash by damaging enemies and from wave bonuses, which can subsequently be invested in buying new towers or upgrading existing ones. The game features the regular gamemodes like normal mode, molten mode, and fallen mode. It also includes special gamemodes like Pizza Party, Badlands, Polluted Wastelands, Hardcore, and occasionally new events. These special game modes/events can give exclusive towers (like cowboy and warden) or event towers (like Gladiator, Commando, Slasher, Frost Blaster, Archer, Swarmer, Toxic Gunner, Sledger, Executioner, and Elf Camp). The War Machine and Mecha Base towers also exist, but only for some special players. There are also special badges for badlands and pizza party which are lost souls and quickdraw. The hidden badge/???/hidden wave badge also exists but it is not obtainable anymore. Once players are defeated or triumph, they gain EXP, which is used to level up, and they also earn Coins or Hardcore Gems, which can be used to purchase new towers, emotes or skins. Hardcore Gems can be used to buy hardcore towers such as the Accelerator or Engineer. There are many skin crates in the game with some notable ones being the basic crate, premium crate, deluxe crate, and golden crate. The golden crate can give towers a golden skin/golden perk (such as Golden Minigunner, Golden Crook Boss, Golden Pyromancer, Golden Scout, Golden Cowboy, and Golden Soldier) that can boost a tower in a certain way. Right now there is a solar eclipse/halloween event that is ongoing with act 1, act 2, and act 3 already releasing about the purple cube/umbra with cutscenes and lore. The update includes the new event, battlepass, emotes, halloween skin crate, halloween lobby, reworked minigunner, reworked ranger, and many more. Right now, you can get 3 ugc items from beating each act with a small chance of it dropping. There is also a newly added event tower which is the necromancer tower and the jester tower.
