How to Cook the PERFECT WHITE RICE with or without a rice cooker. I know not everyone has a rice cooker at home, and even with a rice cooker... you're probably thinking, how much water do I need to add?
For people cooking in a pot:
-water up to 3/4 of the index finger or to the knuckles
-remember the 10-5-5 rule
-it ain't no open&close rice (let the rice steam)
-10-5-5 rule is the basic (adjust the timing according to the dryness & wetness of the rice)
