CVT auto vs CVT manual acceleration
2011 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium CVT acceleration difference when in "Drive mode" versus "Manual mode".
In manual mode I leave the transmision change gears on it's own beacause it's not "redlineable".
The test was at 450 meters (1500 feet) in elevation (+- 3% loss in hp). Temperature was -1 Celcius (30 fahrenheit). Winter tires. Traction control ON (did not came on).
