Insurance Approved ! ARHT Home Solutions does it again.
We help homeowners in many ways from insurance restoration to consultation on custom home projects. We strive to customize every project to the customers needs.
We upgraded their entire chimney inside and out replaced the bricks and the flue tile liners, reset a new crown and installed a new stainless steel damper closure with a steel cable. The smoke chamber of the chimney needed to be parged and we repointed the inside of the older stone facade they had. It was truly a fun project !
These homeowners waited 8 months for the insurance to approve them ! After all that time in a battle we finally settled to get their roof installed. The home owners chose a GAF Architectural Shingle.
We installed eave vents and removed the old gable vents that we're unproductive to help with free airflow! :)
