Neck mobility is often neglected and can result in neck pain and stiffness, headaches, cervical vertigo/dizziness, pinched nerves, poor posture, and even fatigue. In fact, our neck motion influences our nervous system (brain and spinal cord) function AND our mid-back and low back posture and motion as well. So, if our neck (cervical spine) is not moving properly it can influence many of our other body parts, our function, and our overall health and vitality.

Doing this QUICK and EASY neck mobility routine daily will not only better your day, but it will absolutely better your overall health. I have even seen this neck mobility routine help eliminate low back pain in patients. :)
