This water-resistant drone, PD4-AW-AQ that can be used for a wide range of tasks from fisheries management to coral reef growth observation.
The PD4-AW-AQ is equipped with a GoPro HERO5, and the original PD-FC1 flight controller enables tap flight without the need for a manual control.
Underwater images from the drone can be displayed on a monitor in real time. In addition to cameras, sensors can be attached as an option, making it ideal for all kinds of waterfront operations such as depth surveys.

着水・離陸可能な防水型ドローン
漁場の管理からサンゴ礁の生育観察など幅広い業務で利用可能な着水防水型ドローン。
PRODRONEの中型ベーシックモデルPD4-AW2 BasicにGoPro HERO5を搭載し、オリジナルフライトコントローラーPD-FC1によってプロポが不要なタップフライトを可能にしました。機体からの水中映像は伝送装置で手元のモニターへリアルタイムで映し出さすことが可能。またカメラだけでなく、オプションでセンサーなども取り付け可能なため水深調査などあらゆる水際業務に利用できます。
フロートをドローンの四方向に装着しているので、ダム点検や海上での運用において水没せず、バランスを保ったま水面に浮くことが出来ます。合わせて防水性が高い機体ということから雨天飛行にも強く、365日の警備監視などにも最適です。
