Step 1: Confirm to see if there is communication between your decoder and LNB( from your signal information page, you could know if there is communication between your decoder and LNB: An empty signal quality bar indicates communication but dish needs to be realigned; Empty Signal strength and quality bar indicates NO COMMUNICATION with exception to few decoders. possible causes could be
