This funny solve happened in the Red Bull Rubik's Cube World Cup. The cubers in the video are Sebastian Weyer and Philipp Weyer. This solve is quite bad for them.
Because many people complaining about the timers not in sync, some background info: The timers were off because they time their solves for themselves separetly. They just have to start close to each other, they don't have to (and can't) start the timers the very same nanosecond. But the stackmat measures exactly the time from the point you move your hands off, until the point your hands are back on it again. So these were their exact times, no mistake in that.
