This is a recipe video, we will show you how to make the most beautiful rack of lamb. This is a how-to DIY video so join along with us and learn how to make a beautiful rack of lamb in a cast iron pan.

Ingredients:
1 Rack of Lamb
4 Tablespoons of Avocado Oil
2 Tablespoons of Butter
2 Cloves of Garlic
Herbs: Thyme
Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, and Montreal Steak Spice

Instructions:
-First, lay out your Rack of Lamb, and score the meat on the fatty side.
-Season with the Himalayan pink salt, fresh black pepper, and some Montreal Steak Spice. Rub seasoning into the rack of lamb.
-Apply avocado oil to the pan, and drop in the rack of lamb, fatty side down, bone side up.
-Sear both sides of the rack of lamb.
-Add your fresh garlic and fresh thyme to the pan.
-Now add the butter to the pan and let it melt.
-To finish the dish, put the rack of lamb in the oven at 475 Degree Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.
-Once out of the oven, feel free to add any garnishings.
-Optional: Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
