The owner is still young, and won the first place of 2018 Ramen competition in New York.
When he was in 10s, he had hardly time for 2 hours sleeping, and the rest of the 22 hours,
he devoted himself to training to improve his Ramen skills.
This was entirely his new job at that time.

今回ご紹介するのは、福岡市博多区に位置するラーメン屋さん、「麵屋たいそん」。
大将は若い頃、１日２時間という驚異的な睡眠時間でラーメン修行に励んだそうだ。
その結果もあり、２０１８年にニューヨークで開かれたラーメンコンテストで見事金賞を受賞
されている。
多くの大人はこんな若造にラーメンの何がわかるんだと疑問を持つ方もおられるでしょう。
しかし、彼の努力とその膨大な時間をラーメンに注ぎ込んできた事実はしらないだろう。
