What is mindful eating? It's a technique used to regain control over your eating habits. It's based on mindfulness, a form of meditation. Eating mindfully means being aware of what you eat, and eating consciously in a healthy and balanced way.
In this video, I talk about the health benefits of mindful eating such as improving eating behaviors and losing weight. I also explain how to practice mindful eating, which starts with your grocery shopping all the way to your way of eating.
