I visited Nara Park (奈良公園) in Japan and fed deer snacks (shika-sembei, 鹿せんべい) to wild deer! :) Feeding deer (シカにエサやり) was a very unique experience. Nara Park is one of the most popular domestic travel destinations (国内旅行) in Japan and is a very famous place for foreign tourists (外国人観光客) as well. There are about 1500 wild deer in the park. You can also see deer bowing (お辞儀) to get food. Todaiji Temple (東大寺), a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous (ユネスコ世界遺産) for the Great Buddha (奈良の大仏), is located in this park.
