How did HUNDREDS OF SKELETONS end up at LAKE ROOPKUND (aka SKELETON LAKE or MYSTERY LAKE) in the Uttarakhand region of the Indian Himalayas and what happened to them? This history documentary from History Calling will explore what happened at Skeleton Lake. It will look at the DNA evidence and the stories of killer hailstorms, an angry goddess named Nanda Devi, pilgrims and lost armies which surround this location to try to explain how and why the Lake Roopkund skeletons might have met their grisly fate and how we might explain this piece of unbelievable history.
