How to mod Payday 2 (mod guide #1)

A series about Payday 2 modding. First episode is about how to do a basic install, utilizing the Super BLT mod and BeardLib.

● Really simple steps to start:
3 downloads needed that are required and mentioned in the video; I removed the actual links as they constantly change. Google search the following to get the most up to date links:
● Super BLT [link updated 2022] https://superblt.znix.xyz/
● BeardLib: [link updated 2022] https://modworkshop.net/mod/14924
● 7-Zip: GOOGLE IT!
Extract the BLT mod and move the mods folder and DLL file to your Payday 2 folder.
Extract BeardLib and move the BeardLib folder to the mods folder from the BLT move.
Download mods and extract them, move the extracted file into your mods folder.
Mod showcased in this video was integrated in to the game after the video. There is a replacement, which adds EVEN more:

My thoughts on modding Payday 2: I personally think as long as you aren't affecting anyone else's game or enjoyment then it's fine. I have never cheated my way to infamies or spawned things on heists etc. Using a color filter to alter how the game looks or add skill-sets seems very plain and doesn't hurt anyone.
For example, if you enter a public lobby and you have the mod that gives you the ingredients immediately for cooking on rats, some people may not like that. Be courteous of other peoples opinions and how they want to play the game. At the end of the day, playing video games is about having fun, and the how part of that can vary very differently between players :)
