In this video, I am showing how to cook Konnyaku Steak. Konnyaku (also written sometimes as Konjac or Konjaku) is Japanese Yam cake, which is a vegan ingredient perfect as a substitute for meat, but also for those who are on diet, since this contains very little calories but still very filling.

Ingredients for Konnyaku Steak
Konnyaku (Konjac) 250 g
Garlic 1 clove
Sugar 1-3 Tsp
Soy sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp
Sesame oil 1-2 Tsp
Butter (pref. non-salted) 50 g
