Turn COVER CROPS Into FOOD Using NO DIG Methods - Including Results After 3.5 Months

Today I'll be turning cover crops into food - starting by showing you how to terminate cover crops with a no dig method, then making a no dig garden bed (no till garden bed) with the cover crop material (green manure).
I'll also be sharing some of the other ways I'll be using these cover crops in my garden and on my fruit trees in the food forest / orchard.
With the no dig bed, I'll show you how I layer brown and green layers and compost in what's sometimes referred to as a lasangne garden. I'll also share with you updates and the results of the no dig garden that I planted up with the 3 sisters method. The three sisters method involves planting corn, squash and beans in the same garden.
Cover crops have many benefits in the vegetable garden to improve soil health, by protecting the soil from the sun, adding nitrogen and other nutrients to your soil, reducing erosion and creating an excellent environment for microorganisms like bacteria and fungi etc. as well as worms and other invertebrates and insects. It's a great way to add biodiversity to the garden and grow biomass to improve your garden with cover crops.
