Are you prepared for Winter? Winter is a great time for the homesteader to rest, reflect, and plan for the coming season and year. But there are some key tasks you need to accomplish to successfully prepare for winter.

In this episode of the Pantry Chat, we're discussing some of our strategies and tasks to consider when getting prepared for winter. We're talking about basic preparedness principles to get you through winter such as shelter, water, heat, food, power, medical supplies, and communication.

While it’s natural to focus on these things before going into winter, they are great overall preparedness strategies that you should be thinking about year-round to “live prepared.”
