Huadiao wine 2 tablespoons
Seasoning for preserved vegetables:
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
Water just enough for covering the preserved vegetables is fine
