The key is G minor. The chords are the same four *Gm Dm Eb Cm* throughout the song. All chords are extended at least till the seventh degree. Maybe they are 9ths but I used 7ths because my fingers can't reach 9 keys and overall I'm not sure the harmony uses ninths degrees. But Ryan Tedder, composer of the song, definitely could use such harmony.

In the instrumental track, the accompaniment is arpeggiated chords in four eight notes. I do simple transcriptions for beginners that's why I didn't include it. But you can play arpeggios if you can.

If you want to play chords extended till the 9ths, skip the third and sometimes the fifth degrees.
