Turn a rusty plate into an amazing 80's inspired ultimate plate!
1st step: clean the plate
2nd step: apply primer or a coat of white paint, let that dry
3rd step: add base colors, let them dry
4th step: drizzle dish soap over the top
5th step: apple top coat, let that dry
6th step: rinse off the dish soap
7th step: pat the plate dry with a paper towel
