東洋思想の根幹をなす「道」という概念があります。この言葉が何を意味しているのかを、『論語』と『老子』での使用例をもとに考察します。
この講義では、「道」という言葉が「ものごとのあり方」を意味しているという 一見当たり前の考えに立つことで、この二冊の本を統一的に理解する道が開かれ ることを示します。

What is “The Way”? ー Outlook on the World of "The Analects of Confucius" and "Lao Tzu" [JP]
There is the concept of “way” which forms the basis of oriental thoughts. Prof.Yasutomi discusses what the word “way” means, based on examples of use of "The Analects of Confucius" and "Lao Tzu".
In this lecture, Prof.Yasutomi considers thinking that the word "way" means "Ways of things”. Then Prof.Yasutomi shows how to understand these two books in a unified way.
