E39 BAM mode programming. (boot mode)
When E39 is bricked, you need to use boot assistant mode (BAM) to program the flash. 200ohm (or 150 ohm) resistors needs to be solder as in the photo. Three wires soldered (I used very thin wire can be seen on 1:14).
Password can be retrieved from the shadow memory or calculated from serial number. The can speed is 400 Kbit/s.
