The time has come for me to start a new journey of getting as strong as I possibly can.
I am going to document the new journey that I am on which is working with Sebastian Oreb who is also known as Australian Strength Coach and we are working on getting me stronger and I really want to share this process to show you that eating more food is not a bad thing and that you can get strong and lift heavy weights and how weight lifting can change your life and have a huge positive impact to your overall health.
