ACLU's Terence Dougherty Testifies on Experience with Amber Heard (Johnny Depp v Amber Heard Trial)

During the defamation trial on Thursday, General Counsel and COO of the ACLU Terence Dougherty testified about his dealings with Amber Heard. He talks about how Heard pledged to donate $3.5m to the ACLU but did follow through. He also spoke about his knowledge of Heard's Op-Ed prior to its publishing in the Washington Post.
