TOTOトイレSZ729B 床からの水漏れの直し方です。
トイレの水漏れと言っても原因は色々ありますが、今回は床フランジのパッキン部分からの水漏れでした。トイレを外しても水漏れ修理のやり方になります。TOTOタンクの品番はSZ729Bなのですが、便器の品番は忘れてしまいました。昔の物件用のトイレだと思いましたが15年ほど前なので思い出せません。

There are various causes for water leaks in the toilet, but this time it was water leaks from the packing part of the floor flange. Even if you remove the toilet, you can still repair water leaks. The part number of the TOTO tank is SZ729B, but I forgot the part number of the toilet bowl. I thought it was a toilet for an old property, but I can't remember it because it was about 15 years ago.

However, I think it is better to forcibly stop working on your own even though you are not confident. If you are not sure if you can do it yourself, please contact the "designated water supply equipment construction company" of the municipality where you live.
